Shipping Policy

Our business is based out of Gulfport, Mississippi, U.S. We offer fast shipping to customers worldwide which means there are no long waits with shipping times. All orders require a processing time of up to 24 hours. Orders ship weekdays within 48 hours. Please note, we do not ship orders on the weekends, and there may be shipping delays on holidays.  

To ensure your package is properly delivered and shipped within our advertised timeframe, please make sure your address is fully and correctly entered before checkout. Include apartment number, use correct abbreviations, and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues verifying your address, a team member will contact you to try and resolve the address issue before shipping. If after several attempts are made without a response, your order will be processed and shipped to the address entered in our system. If the address is incorrect, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

After placing an order and you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately (justbshoptique@gmail.com) so that we can make the appropriate adjustments. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address, however, if we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Holiday Shipping
As there may be high volume of orders during the holiday season, holiday orders may take longer to ship. Please allow 3-5 business days before orders ship out. If you have questions about your shipment, customer support is available to assist during regular business hours Monday - Friday (8-5 CST). Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout and is non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Just B Shoptique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returning the package to us. Standard Shipping ranges from $6.99 - $8.99 (ships in 2-4 business days). International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country. Free shipping promotional offers (when applicable) apply only to U.S. customers only.

Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information as soon as your package ships. If the tracking information states that your package was successfully delivered and or signed for and you have not received it, you must contact your local Post Office directly to file a claim. We are not liable to send a replacement package, do not issue refunds or exchanges, and do not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.  

If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped.
 
Shipping Carrier
United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S. will be shipped Priority Mail. Once USPS is in possession of your package, we are no longer responsible. If any issues arise with the transit of your package, please contact your local Post Office or call 1-800-275-8777.

Additionally, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address, or delays due to weather conditions or world crisis. 

When should I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is an estimated timeframe, and does not include weekends or holidays.
